The room was good sized and had tea and coffee making equipment, and a storage space as pictured in advertising. The breakfasts were always great with the egg's chef, fruit, youghurt. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The breakfast they served was very pricey, hope one day it will be way much better.

The Novotel is very close to Nadi Airport. Staff were very nice and helpful especially the restuarant staff Good taxi service. As the hotel is older it was very nice and clean and nice big rooms.Pool area and garden lovely.

Good location, friendly staff.

Location.

Rooms are very outdated, bathrooms need work (mould in grout and sealant, shower water covered toilet when used). Air con was very poor (I believe it’s an evaporative system in a very humid climate? Coolest our room got over night was 25 Celsius and it was much cooler outside.

The location is convenient and very close to Nadi airport . a good place to stop off and head off to other destination. Staff members there are really friendly and nice. We stayed at king bedroom with nice golf court view on the highest level, very nice! Cheap price to stay and room looks stunning and very sepcial.

Shower room a bit small may not fit big person to get in.

Close to airport with free shuttle, good restaurant and friendly staff. Rooms were large enough.

TV had poor reception. Room was not worth the money we paid. A bit shabby and expensive for what we got.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was perfect and stunningly beautiful, had absolutely perfect location out to the islands. We booked a standard room with a big balcony and liked it. The service was excellent and the pool was clean. The property had free wifi in the lobby.

Big hype, little substance

The location offers great accessibility, just minutes from the airport. Unfortunately, the charm ends there. Rooms felt outdated and were not well-maintained, with issues like poor shower conditions and many insects. Service was kind, yet often inefficient. Breakfast had great options, but cleanliness was lacking in many areas.
